A renowned cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Robert Dorfman, has offered to provide free treatment to Michael Phillips, an American man who claims to have the world’s smallest penis, in an effort to help improve his confidence and quality of life.
Phillips, 38, who lives in North Carolina, said doctors diagnosed him with a condition known as micropenis, a medical condition in which the penis is significantly smaller than the average size.
Speaking to TMZ, Dr. Dorfman explained that Phillips’ story deeply moved him, prompting him to offer treatment at no cost. The procedure, which would normally cost around $20,000, is intended to help address the cosmetic aspects of Phillips’ condition without requiring surgery.
“I understand the emotional and psychological impact that conditions like this can have on a person’s self-esteem and overall well-being,” Dr. Dorfman said. “Whenever I have the opportunity to help someone regain confidence, I am happy to do so.”
Phillips has previously spoken publicly about the challenges he faces because of his condition, saying it affects not only his personal life but also everyday activities, including urination. According to him, his penis measures approximately one centimeter (0.38 inches).
Earlier this year, Phillips launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for surgery. However, he later canceled the fundraiser after learning about the potential risks associated with surgical enlargement procedures, including the possibility of reduced sensation and other complications.
Instead of undergoing surgery, Phillips began exploring less invasive alternatives. Dr. Dorfman recommended a non-surgical procedure called “Mr. Big Shot,” which uses cosmetic fillers to increase the girth of the penis without the need for an operation.
According to Dr. Dorfman, the treatment typically takes about 30 minutes to complete. However, patients must first undergo a medical evaluation to determine whether they are suitable candidates for the procedure and whether it is likely to provide the desired results.
The surgeon emphasized that his goal is to help patients improve their confidence through safe, individualized treatments tailored to their specific needs.
Phillips has also revealed that he has considered applying for recognition by Guinness World Records as the man with the world’s smallest penis.
Should he accept Dr. Dorfman’s offer, Phillips will receive the treatment free of charge, giving him an opportunity to improve both his physical appearance and his self-confidence.
