Tanzanian Bongo Flava star Juma Jux has finally reunited with his newborn son, Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, after his wife, Priscilla Ojo, arrived in Tanzania from Canada.
The couple celebrated the arrival of their baby boy with a vibrant party attended by family members, including Priscilla’s mother, actress Iyabo Ojo.
Jux, who was unable to travel to Canada for the birth due to visa complications, was all smiles as he finally held his son for the very first time.
Long-Awaited Reunion
Juma Jux’s reunion with his family was highly anticipated. Priscilla welcomed baby Rakeem on August 24 in Canada, but distance kept the singer from being present during the delivery.
The long wait ended when Priscilla landed in Tanzania with Rakeem, marking the emotional moment Jux had been waiting for. Photos shared on Instagram show the proud father beaming with joy as he lovingly held his son close.
A Celebration of Family
To honor the special occasion, Jux organized a colorful celebration filled with flowers, music, and love. The event wasn’t only about welcoming Rakeem but also about appreciating Priscilla and her mother for their strength and support.
In one video from the party, Jux is seen carrying Rakeem while standing proudly next to Priscilla, who glowed in her new role as a mother. Iyabo Ojo, equally radiant, joined the couple in celebrating the milestone.

As the family walked hand in hand through the cheering crowd, Jux looked every bit the proud father. The heartwarming reunion quickly went viral, with fans flooding social media with congratulatory messages.
